and off-channel conduct was concealed

was assigned as the plaintiff’s representative
while maintaining undisclosed personal
and financial interactions with brandon lowe.
between january 12 and january 28, 2024,
defendants induced electronic signatures
from the plaintiff during a documented
medical emergency period, withheld
the existence and timing
of ownership and beneficiary changes,
and routed all policy control
through brandon lowe despite the plaintiff
being the sole economic payor.
between march and june 2025,
defendants continued billing
the plaintiff as payor while representing in pleadings
that her policies had lapsed on earlier dates,
constituting contradictory
statements regarding ownership,
lapse timing, and servicing. at all times,
defendants withheld complete account histories,
internal communications,
and conflict-of-interest disclosures
from the plaintiff, resulting in financial harm,
loss of policy rights, privacy breaches, and prolonged
exposure to domestic-violence–related economic exploitation,

books-and-records, and customer-privacy obligations,
including but not limited to finra rule 3110 (supervision),
finra rule 2210 (communications with the public),
